I loved my first experience with float light! As soon as you walk in, the vibe is extremely relaxing and welcoming. I loved the frequency music, the amenities being all set out and how clean everything was. There was no fear and everything was explained exceptionally well. The kamboucha is 10/10 brought some home.

First time coming here and it most certainly won’t be my last. The most important piece I can tell you is trust the website and the information on it. Very true that this place leaves you with everything you need to make you feel like a million bucks. I arrived earlier than my half hour (pre-appointment arrival) and due to my suite being prepared early enough, I started my float a half hour before my scheduled start time. The first 10 minutes were interesting but eventually you can’t even feel the water against your skin for how calm the suite is. I did not fall asleep as I had the lights on for this first time of mine but will most likely do lights out at my next visit. Upon getting out, showering, and changing, I went to the lounge and a staff member offered tea or kombucha. She ended up bringing a flight so I could try all four and then I got one to go as I had an hour drive back home. I would highly recommend you try this at least once. I’m a teacher and I’ll even admit a massage doesn’t even come close to this experience. A complete sensory deprivation with just you and the sounds of your breathing, your heart beat, and the ability to not think about anything is an experience in itself. Thank you to the staff here who make this a place I’ll want to come back to again and again.

It was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time. It released so much stress from my body, mind, soul and spirit. The staff is remarkable and I would recommend float light to anyone who is going through the struggles and stress of daily life or personal matters. I’ve healed in so many ways it’s hard to put into words on my first visit. Thank you so much to the staff at float light , your helping healing so many people and that in itself is so beyond beautiful.

I really enjoyed a lot of parts of my Float Light experience. Overall, it was very relaxing and calming, but it did take me a little while to fully settle in. At first, my mind still wanted to wander and I had a bit of a hard time just letting go. In the beginning, I even found myself wondering if this was something I’d ever do again. But as I relaxed more and stopped fighting it, I really started to enjoy just floating — and by the end, I could definitely see myself coming back. One thing that honestly surprised me was how much I loved the pitch-black darkness. I thought I’d want the lights on or the stars going, but the complete sensory deprivation at the beginning was actually really awesome. What was funny is that I didn’t realize how much I was moving while floating until I turned the stars and music on halfway through and noticed I had somehow floated all the way to the other side of the cabin. I had no idea I was moving that much, which was kind of fascinating. I did really enjoy turning the music on partway through. It helped get me out of my head a bit and feel more grounded, but I still think the absolute darkness ended up being one of my favorite parts. I was genuinely shocked by how much I enjoyed it. Then putting on a super cozy robe and just getting to sit and rest. They have spaces where you can journal, color, read, or just sit quietly. They make you tea and offer a kombucha flight if you want it, and there’s no pressure to do anything — you just get to be. I ended up sitting there for about an hour, relaxing and even chatting with one of the workers (shout out to Michaela-she was so lovely), which was really nice. Now that I’m home, I feel relaxed and refreshed. Coming out of the float, I felt a real sense of relief and calm, and I’m still carrying that feeling of peace and goodness with me. Would I recommend trying it? Absolutely. It’s definitely a worthwhile experience.

I am so grateful and honored to have been a part of today's Winter Solstice event and share the beautiful experience with some incredible people! It was legit life changing and helping me continue to shape better self-presence and future. The person's who led the event were knowledgeable and inspiring. The content was educational and ever-reflecting, leading me further in the direction I want to go. I left there broken down and rebuilt. I am still processing and carrying out what I learned today, seeking further depth of what was brought to light and surface It was true release and manifestation. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!
