They were quick to get it to us and quick to pick it up when we asked them too. I would certainly recommend, as I have already done, to use them because of their great service and compassion.

- BWBrett WardNov 13, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE!! These people talk a good sales pitch when selling thier products, but what they tell you are half truths!! Purchased a lift chair from them and was 100% truthfully with them about me using the chair for sleeping etc. Was told that I would get 100% warranty on the chair for everything except fabric for 4 years wouldnt cost me anything. Now 2 years later the chair has problems and it's "oh well don't cover labor or remotes and " didn't you read your paperwork" they now want 500 + dollars to fix my 2 year old chair. Don't believe what they tell you read all paperwork with them!! Very disappointed, guess that's what i get for trusting people!!!
