Rude staff. You get treated like a drug addict for calling about your own prescription Then they say they don’t have it Then all of a sudden it gets filled Or they say it won’t be filled for days Even though it’s in the system. The gal that answers the phone in the mornings is completely rude and inconsiderate she went on about how am I getting certain medications being 27 years old, it’s none of her GD business! With this repeated behavior you guys lost 4 customers! Based on the other reviews on here sounds like she needs to look for a new job! How about a corrections officer?

This pharmacy is not good. I had been with them for a long time, I would put up with a lot so I changed to a different pharmacy. Lots of issues with medications one day they don’t have enough of a kind so they give you 1 of your medications. And the next day you pick up your other medication. Next time you see your doctor they send over the prescription and Safeway only lets you pick up one but not thee other?!? It’s just a hassle , and ohh the phones very bad and answering calls they just let it ring and ring. Use to be a very good pharmacy I’m changing again had switched to rite aid but the pharmacy I went to is closing so I switched back to Safeway now I’m having issues again smh… They either need to step it up or hire more people. Very disappointed in customer service, people NEED their medications and what is one supposed to do!? When you can’t even get a hold of them etc etc . NOT GOING BACK!

After waiting for 30 minutes for prescription, missed part of it. Snapped we are swamped, will be at least another hour. I'm sick. Drove home and got a message it was ready. Went back later in day, no pharmacist consult offered, I looked and realized they missed part again. Waited in line, asked about it, talked to pharmacist. Then told 45 minutes to get the rest of it. It was actually about 20. What a fiasco! Not sure why I was selected for such rude curt treatment. Pharmacist was nice.
