The prescription was called in but was left as a message and this was never received by the pharmacy dept. Kyle, the pharmacy manager assisted me in resolving this dilemma. Kyle is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I can't imagine a better pharmacy manager. Safeway is lucky to have him. This particular Safeway pharmacy has always been busy but everyone is productive and does their best. I really like this Safeway pharmacy.

It always seems to take hours to get my prescriptions even the autofill ones. A smile on any of their faces is hard to find and their attitude is apparent. I'm switching to a different Pharmacy.
