Would be an awesome pharmacy if not for one worker named Kathy which is probably the lady everyone else is having issues with she's extremely rude and slow and extremely judgemental sad because I enjoy that Safeway but hate the pharmacy solely because of Kathy

Put on hold for less than two min. Answered my question if they had a medication that Walgreens said would take a month to get. They did and it was filled by next day. I have never had a problem in the past.

I have never been to a more incompetent, poorly run pharmacy than this one. Chronically terrible customer service, they get more things wrong than right. While you stand in line endlessly waiting, three people behind the counter, two wandering around doing nothing to help, one slowly plodding along, you have time to hear stories from other unhappy customers. Messed up prescriptions, messed up insurance, orders not ready when they are supposed to be, on and on. One star is too much credit for this place.

There are quite a few very friendly people there. But, there is one woman who is usually at the front counter, that should be switched out from time to time. She is the first one everyone sees, which is the first impression. I didn’t want to put her name. She smiles but her body language gives her away. She is rude to me at times, ignores some things I say. I have watched her with others and some people she is nice to. I do expect kindness and respect when I am a customer. I also think Safeway doesn’t hire enough people to work in pharmacy and that may be why there are mistakes. I like many of the people that work there. And about the long waits, Some older people need to sit because the wait is so long and there are no chairs for them. Safeway needs to organize a little better.
