I had the pleasure of being assisted by AL, who was my optician. He demonstrated a remarkable depth of knowledge throughout my visit. AL patiently explained all the options and ensured I understood everything clearly. His expertise made the process truly enjoyable. I am truly impressed with the level of care and personalized service I received. I highly recommend Stanton Optical and especially commend AL for his outstanding assistance.

When there was a delay on my shipping (at no fault of Stanton) Al made sure I promptly got a loaner pair of glasses in the frames I had selected. Will definitely be back for my future needs!

Had a great experience both times. Went in today , explained right from the get go that my insurance would pay $200 , total. The receptionist said no problem, pick out some frames , then I will have you fill out paperwork, take the exam , and you will be on your way. Did that, the exam technician called me back and did the exam. Really nice , professional, pleasant eye tech. Then go back up front , checks the frames , marks them for bu focals , same as last two years. Then tells me I owe $89. Told her I have never had to pay for anything before , and reiterated that I told her from the start my insurance would pay $200. She said the frames were $119 , and the eye exam was covered . But I owe for the lenses. Told her I was not paying anything, and I would never be back. Just pissed me off, because if I would have payed cash , it would have covered everything, and I would have gotten two pair of glasses instead of just one . This is one of the reasons insurance is going through the roof . So enjoy the eye exam payment , it will be the last you ever get from me , and I will tell anyone that asks to never go here. Update : Eva from Stanton Optical called me and we discussed the issue I had on my last visit. She was Very Professional, explained what my options were , and invited me back to get a pair of glasses that my insurance would cover. When I went back in today , Terra , who is the eye tech that did my eye exam , helped me with my new frames and the paperwork. She was also Very Professional and Courteous. Thank You Both for your help and time dealing with this matter. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟to you both. I will be back next year 👍😊
