I have tried twice in the last 2 weeks to get some deli meat in the deli They only have 1 person working bothe deli counter and the prepared meal counter I stood for 12 minutes and so no one came out from the back nor did anyone say "I'll be with you in a moment ". Now today I bought the strawberries that were on special for 99 cents. After getting home I started to clean them they were the worst I have ever seen I guess lesson learned don't buy out of season fruit.

Seriously bad service! I called before 10 a.m asking about flu vaccinations. I was advised to come after 3 that the process may take about 30 minutes and that they closed at 5. I left work early. I arrived before 4:30 and waited in line a few minutes. At 4:32 I was told it was too late they were closing soon. Hugh THANK YOU to Walgreens though for going above and beyond for taking care of my son and I!!!

I have used this pharmacy many times and they are generally a very good pharmacy. I have them 4 starts because there were 2 occasions where there was a problem fulfilling my prescription and they told me an incorrect reason why the prescription was denied by my insurance. If they would have told given me accurate info that would have saved me a tremendous amount of time and effort trying to determine the problem. Out of about 20 prescriptions filled, I had 2 issues so overall not bad.

I’ve given this pharmacy multiple chances and truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Each interaction feels rushed and unwelcoming. Staff frequently sigh, roll their eyes, and act as though basic questions or prescription needs are a major inconvenience. There is little to no friendliness, and it creates an uncomfortable experience every time I’m there. I understand pharmacies are busy and stressful environments, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be expected — especially when people are coming in for healthcare needs. Sadly, this has been the farthest thing from a positive or supportive experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, because this has been an ongoing issue rather than a one-time experience.

The pharmacist (female) mademe feel very uncomfortable with the obvious contempt she feels towards a segment of just Safeway customers, but her very own fellow community members. I'll take my chances in the gutter next time, thank you.
