  I respect and appreciate this clinic. It feels inviting and daily operated business. I love the well behaved pets that's are friendly. When you enter the building the front desk reception is always very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Tyler has gone above and beyond with customer care and even in his youth he has proved his ability to help me and others with hearing concerns. I would strongly encourage this practice for all of your hearing consultation services. Thank you Tyler and Grant!

  First let me say how incredibly PATHETIC and LACKING ALL INTEGRITY it is that Tyler Forner would post a 5-star Google Review Rating on this website for HIMSELF!!! ALL TO RAISE THE AVERAGE STAR RATINGS for this business location. THEN he takes it a step further and has his 20-something year old friends who have absolutely no hearing loss or hearing aid issues whatsoever write up 5-star reviews for him too. What a LOSER!! This business has gone to crap. If I could rate a "0" I would. I have been a customer at this place for over 15 yrs and am IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTED in this place ever since they let Dixon go for unexplained reasons. I NEVER EVER had to wait to be seen by Dixon ( or any of the prior staff here) and I was ALWAYS provided GREAT PERSONABLE care and attention from Dixon. He made you feel the appt was all about YOU. He was a delight to see. Unfortunately, Dixon was replaced by this young "Tyler Forner" since Summer/Fall 2024. He has no business serving the elderly or anyone for their hearing aid needs. He lacks all skills to talk and relate to the elderly, has no "bedside manner" whatsoever, barely even acknowledges you. The Receptionist is always 'absent' and in her place is Tyler's friend? brother? ...dont really know who he is cuz he never greets you, has never introduced himself, doesnt even say "hi". Neither are ever welcoming to those coming in. VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Makes one feel like we are intruding in someone's personal space rather than coming into a business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. -- And make sure you don't voice your concerns or displeasure cuz the immature Tyler ( not surprisingly) reacts like a child and simply says "Well I think you need to go to another office for your care". WOW! -- ADVICE FOR ANYONE OUT THERE- PLEASE GO to another office. This one is no longer a great place to go after Dixon left. This Tyler guy also likes to reschedule appts a lot at last minute for some falsified reason. NEVER EVER in all the YEARS with Dixon and other staff did I EVER have my appt rescheduled (on short notice or otherwise). WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF HIRING PEOPLE TO WORK IN THESE PLACES NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY RE-EVALUATE THE PEOPLE THEY'RE HIRING...UNLESS THEY DON'T EVEN CARE and are lacking in good customer service as much as Tyler is. UPDATE: Gotta love Mr Owner's response...as pathetic as Tyler is. By the way all customers out there...I responded back to the email provided in the "Response from Owner" and I'm still waiting for a response or a call from them. I guess you can buy one of these stores as your own franchise, even people like Tyler with little to no Audiology experience, absolutely no customer service skills and get away with it. What a shame they got rid of Dixon. WORST SERVICE EVER since he left. GO ELSEWHERE Update: 12/11/25: Just got call from unprofessional Tyler telling me I'm an angry and ugly person, but supposedly wanting to resolve any issues I have with Miracle Ear since he's taken over there. Then starts bragging about having been a professional baseball player.(for less than 1 season first time story told - big whoop...cant be that good- but this 23 yr old who's now been with Miracle Ear for 1yr likes to embelish and change this story every time he tells it, now saying he played pro for 3 yrs)..not sure what this had to do with Miracle Ear but was not surprising coming from an immature 23 yr old who has no business working here. Tyler might want to check his math skills... ** And for anyone who may be in disagreement with my review...we are all entitled to our opinion, based on our own personal educational background, knowledge, personal experiences, feelings, and our perceptions of past & present treatment and care by the staffing at Miracle Ear. And for me, its been a major disappointment since the change of staffing.

  Started with this store in 2012. Dixon and associates are the best. Prompt and excellent service, even if I have to just stop by for something. Highly recommend this store.
