- BWBobbi WellsApr 13, 20235.0I can say that moving my dad in here was one of the best decisions I've made.. I was very nervous about putting my dad in a home, I made an appointment and was told a ton of good information and was shown around the place.. The rooms come with there own bathroom, that was important to my dad. My dad's not a very social guy and normally keeps to himself. At first it took him a little while to get use to his new surroundings, now he's happier than I've seen in a long time. He's made a few friends and tells me how nice the staff is. It makes my heart glow when I come in and he's smiling.

- JCJoella ClementsMar 26, 20211.0My Mom is in this facility right now. The nursing aides are the only reason I keep her there. They treat her exceptionally well. The staff however it's incompetent and untrustworthy. There are so many issues ranging from unauthorized medication changes to a very troublesome head nurse. They rarely reply to my concerns. I do not trust this place. I will be moving my Mom out of there as soon as the pandemic settles down.

- KCKarissa ClarkOct 8, 20191.0I was with a family member of a previous resident while she was on the phone with the DON, Josh. He wasn't aware I too was listening to the phone call. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have also worked her, only twice, through an agency. I had to call state and refused to return after seeing another caregiver slap a resident in memory care across the face. Do not take your family here!
