- SLSelma LowerOct 17, 20235.0Vancouver Stonebridge has my mom's best interest at all times. I visit mostly in the evening and the care team is exceptional, not only with my mom but I see them interact with other residents as well, always caring and soft spoken. Friends of my mom visit during the day and always tell me that staff stop to see if they or my mom need anything. The facility is clean, staff are pleasant and informed and I am happy mom has a safe place to be during this most difficult time. It takes special people to do the work that they do. Thank you.

He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have also worked her, only twice, through an agency. I had to call state and refused to return after seeing another caregiver slap a resident in memory care across the face. Do not take your family here!
