Have come here to pick up prescriptions ordered several hours earlier multiple times now only for pharmacy staff to claim it isn't ready when I arrive. Never had such a poor experience anywhere else.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, helpful and organized. Wish the bakery area had more selection and same with their precut fruit. Seems more focused on retail instead of their known for bakery treats. Flowers are not all that great either. The arrangements poorly done with leaves in water and stems cut so differently it looks like my kid did it. For the price of vase with flowers in an arrangement it should be better done and fresh not molding already. 65.99 to over 100 is crazy for flowers not taken care of

Never answers the phone. Never calls back when you leave a voicemail. If you call in an order it says it won't be ready for several weeks but yet if I actually go in to the store they process them same day. Staff are always rushed and annoyed when you ask questions or are having a problem with medications.

Worst pharmacy...ever!! Will not fill prescriptions in time and will not notify you when prescription is ready. They will not answer their phone or call you back. You are guaranteed to stand in line for atleast 30 minutes every time you go there. I've had it with them and have moved all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Do yourself a favor...dont get your prescriptions here and if you currently do....move to another pharmacy asap to avoid frustration.

I went to this Safeway pharmacy 11/24/25 at approx noon because I had prescriptions from the Indigo clinic across the road and this location was more convenient. I needed my scripts right away, but I was told it would be at least an hour wait. The woman at the reception managed to push my prescriptions to a rush status and I was able to get all 5 filled with 20 mins. The pharmacist was also very accomodating and helpful. To me, these two went over and above to make my experience a positive one. Thank you! I wish I had gotten their names.
