- KNKaty NguyenDec 31, 20251.0I went in to this location for a work related injury. Despite seeing me for less than 5 minutes and never performing any sort of exam, the doctor concluded I had a muscle strain and sent me to physical therapy next door. After 2 weeks, despite me expressing no improvement in my pain, my physical therapist told me to resume normal activity and that the pain would eventually just "go away," and again, after seeing me for less than 5 minutes and ignoring my concerns, the doctor cleared my restrictions to go back to work. After one shift, my symptoms worsened and I went to a different provider, who, after actually performing assessments and imaging, found out that I had a herniated disc and pinched nerve and was in extreme pain that was dismissed at Concentra. I had a terrible experience at Concentra where my pain and my concerns were not taken seriously to the point where I was in tears after being told to go back to work despite not being able to bend over due to the pain. Extremely disappointed with the providers here.

She put down in my records that I fell on my left side, when I actually fell on my right side and had contusions and abrasions on my right side. She put down that my left arm felt numb when it was actually my right arm. They did not check my vitals at all. In my records, they put down made up vitals. Neither the medical assistant nor the doctor checked my vitals. The didn’t measure my blood pressure, didn’t check my heart rate, didn’t check my respiration. Yet, they put down made up numbers for the vitals. Chaperone was present - yet they recorded that I declined a chaperone. I don’t recommend.
