I think they deliberately make the website system a challenge so as to reduce the number of people they have to vaccinate. I just quit trying to get vaccinated there even though they are only a few blocks from my house. Much easier time at all their competitors. Safeways shame on you.

This pharmacy continues to not have my medication ready in a timely manner because "I am out of refills." To get refill authorization, they continue to contact my old doctor who is states away that I haven't seen in over a year, despite my asking them to remove her on four separate occasions from my account. Every time I request a refill, I have given them my new doctor's information, yet they continue to contact the old doctor, which causes multi-day delays in me getting time-sensitive medication.
