You are managing life-saving prescriptions for a lot of folks and not having the proper people skills to be able to deal with difficult situations is not OK. Be kind.

The women on the phone was very kind and kindly warned me my medications were about to be restocked. She helped when I arrived in also finding over the counter drugs. - MJMishka JardeenDec 7, 20231.0Repeatedly filled prescription with wrong amount, I need 3 months they gave me 1 month, and then were rude when asked to fix it and kept canceling it and refusing to correct it. Hardly ever get medication in stock even when it's requested way in advance. Keep telling me that meds are ready, but then when I come to get them that they are not and to come back tomorrow; they did this several days in a row even when I called to check in advance. They have made me go several days unmedicated before and will probably in the future as well.
