He is cruel and I mean I understand why, he's got to show he's a big man somehow right? Maybe just don't do it by profiling people and judging them just because something crawled up your thang n bit you. People go to this place for help only to fear ever going back due to maltreatment shaming and judgment by the pharmacist. You know, the one that's nice to anyone that's white and looks like they've got decent income and is cold and bitter to anyone else.

Room was filthy, chair seats stained and filthy. Dusty file cabinet with dirty tweezers on top. Syringes placed on dirty table without anything under it or even wiped off beforehand. Long painted fingernails. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
