Pharm tech giving flu shot did not sanitize her hands, at all. Not entering or leaving the room. She did not wear gloves. Got me and my daughter mixed up twice! Room was filthy, chair seats stained and filthy. Dusty file cabinet with dirty tweezers on top. Syringes placed on dirty table without anything under it or even wiped off beforehand. Long painted fingernails. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I get really kind, very helpful, professional customer service anytime I am helped by Kris, she’s amazing. And the pharmacist David is always clear and very helpful. But… I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost two years and every time the African American lady, with pierced cheeks, and a heavier build is working, she is the total opposite. She ignores me, I never know when I’m supposed to come to the counter or not. She then stares at me saying nothing, not even “how I can help you.” I then have to start the conversation awkwardly not knowing what information to give her. She speaks under her breath so I can’t hear her, and I am not hard of hearing. There is zero customer service. She never puts my information in correctly and somehow my order is never filled properly when she is “helping”me. Tonight on 8/26/25 at 7:55pm when I got upset, she not only did not offer any customer service. She was antagonizing and it looked like she found it amusing. When I returned, I had someone else help me. They (Kris) noticed she had not entered any of my insurance information in. Kris was very helpful I complained to her a little about the way the work had been treating me, and when the lady over heard it, she was laughing. I’m very disappointed and tired of being stressed out when I am coming in to get my heart medication. It’s very unprofessional bullying immature behavior.
