It was one of the bestest treatment I have ever gotten in hospitals, I felt like I was surrounded by my family. Woooow keep the fire burning for TacomaHealth Center. - RRRickyDec 8, 20252.0I had a follow up appointment for hormone therapy 3 days ago and my doctor, Deborah Marcus, never sent in a new prescription after my appointment. She didn't do anything for me after my appointment it seems. I just called and they told me they would send her and the follow up team a message and it would take 2 business days. I ran out of my prescription Today. I'm going to be switching providers after this because I'm tired of not being treated right here. I would only ever reccomend planned parenthood as a last resort.

Rude and snarky responses to my genuine questions about walk in availability. When I asked her if she intended to help at all, her response was "its just our policy!" in the most condescending tone of voice. I hope she has the day she deserves every day she chooses to be rude to people calling in.

Based on other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. If you hate your job so much then find a new one .
