  Miss Melissa who schedules appointments was extremely disrespectful from the moment she answered the phone today at 9:28 am. Rude and snarky responses to my genuine questions about walk in availability. When I asked her if she intended to help at all, her response was "its just our policy!" in the most condescending tone of voice. I hope she has the day she deserves every day she chooses to be rude to people calling in.

  The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending .It’s clear that proper training is needed on how to handle phone calls and speak to customers at this establishment. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. If you hate your job so much then find a new one .

  The front desk ladies are extremely rude. They were all judging me as soon as I walked in the facility. Given that there are sometimes protestors outside already making people feel terrible to be there they don’t help at all. They made me feel out of place the entire time with the way they looked at me, spoke to me and handled my information. I didn’t feel taken care of at all by any of them. Not quite sure what is required to be in their position but that is no way to treat someone already going through a lot. All three of them should be ashamed of themselves and stripped of whatever license they might have. If you do come here, come with someone who is prepared to be met with rude stares and unprofessionalism as soon as you sit in the waiting room. Then after being treated with disrespect I get a call saying my specimen could not be registered and to return and have it redone. The lack of attention to work and respect from the worker speaks volumes.

  Absolutely amazing facility. Almost completely women ran and they work through their lunches and stay open past their closing hours to take care of patients. They are so professional but caring and human at the same time. They are severely understaffed and even in a waiting room full of people they will make sure you get you your care. No rushing, no pushing, no insensitivity. Give these lovely humans their flowers!!! Please everyone remember our planned parenthood’s are being defunded and tested during these trying times. They are doing the absolute best they can🩷

  I LOVE Samala! She is the best doctor I’ve seen for my reproductive health. She took my IUD out today which I was TERRIFIED for due to a painful insertion at a different location. It was so fast and I really felt supported and cared for. Not shamed for my fear or my needs. She is extremely kind, empathetic, professional, educative, and friendly. And she’s also really stylish in my opinion haha THANK YOU Samala for helping me get through a tough situation, and find my comfort and bravery with gyno visits again. May your pillow always be cold on both sides and your coffee exactly right every day 🤘💖
