  My provider Jon Mortensen closely monitors and assertively adjusts treatment for a plethora of conflicting conditions including diabetes, kidney failure, and and myriad of issues for me at 72 yrs. He coordinates ongoing care with a number of specialist. I'm well taken care of

  I have had to call 4 times so far for them to call my insurance for a pre auth on a RX. They're refusing to do so. Even lied and said I was approved. Yet it wasn't. This is their job. Anyone else have this problem. Does this happen to all patients? Call 5 in the morning!!! Don't recommend at all. Discrimination at it's best! Left a message with the manager, will see if she calls me back. Probably not!
