I've never written a review but the way this place of business treated my wife and myself I will gladly go out of my way to create a profile and write about this horrible experience with hope that the employees responsible for this horrible experience see this do some self reflection and take accountability for their actions.
my wifes hearing aids were sent out to be fixed due to technical issues and she was given a pair of loaners while her hearing aids were being worked on and fixed. she was given a date to come back to pick up her hearing aids , my wife let the receptionist know that there's a possibility she won't be able to be there that specific date to pick them up but she will gladly be there some time this week due to her hectic work schedule they said that's fine. while my wife is going on with her day her loaner hearing aids stopped working and completely shut off not knowing what happened she called me and asked me ( her husband / emergency contact) to call them and find out what the issue was and if they know why they were shut off and if they did shut them off why didn't they call either her or me to let us know that they were going to stop working. depending on the situation this is a great cause for concern and stressful situation for my wife, as a licensed veterinary nurse it can also be extremely uncomfortable, stressful and dangerous especially if she's in the middle of a surgery. I called them on Wednesday 12-09-25 right before my lunch break around 11:30 am but they didn't answer so I left a detailed message with my concern and my call back number and hung up. I waited almost 2 hours before calling back but again no one answered, this time I didn't leave a message. I left work several hours later and drove 2 hours in traffic and no call back from this place of business. I got home and communicated with my wife and let her know the situation she said thank you, don't worry about it and that she will take care of it. I forget about it all day thrusday but Friday comes around and my wife asks if they ever called me back I said no I don't have a missed call or text and that I haven't spoken to anyone yet. friday comes around and my wife goes to pick up her hearing aids and she is lied to by the receptionist. the receptionist lied and said that she spoke to me and she explained everything to me and that I didn't relay that .message.to her.but again I did not speak to anyone from that office because no one called me back and I have call logs to prove it .
not only did the receptionist lie to her, the audiologist unprofessionallly tried to blame me and had the audacity to say that this is my fault and that my wife and I have horrible communication and that we have to work on our communication skills right before she walked away without letting my wife have a chance to say something. which I find not only extremely unprofessional but she also has no right to be a meddler in a paying customers marriage.or any marriage for that matter . she has no idea what people are going through and for them to try to blame me and try to cause harm in my marriage Instead of taking accountability really pissed me off. after years of doing business here we will no longer be going here and if I were you I would think twice before spending your hard earned money in a place that lies and is unethical to it's customers.
