Visit the Planned Parenthood health center in Spokane, WA for emergency contraception (morning after pill), abortion, pregnancy testing, STD treatment, birth control, and sexual and reproductive health care.
Ive been going to Planned Parenthood off and on through the years for multiple tests and procedures. As long as you are open with them about what you have going on and what you want to get out of your care, they will help you and make you as comfortable as possible. I did a LEEP after my pap came back abnormal. Going through it was really scary for me because of my anxiety and it also hurt pretty bad, but everyone in my procedure room was so good about telling me what was happening and making sure I was still doing okay. They even asked what music I liked and put the radio on to help take my mind off of the pain. I dont have insurance, so money was a big concern. Say no more, the front desk went over my pay stubs with me and determined I might qualify for medicaid (family planning only) and then she pulled up the application and helped me apply for help. They never fail to give me the best care and that's why I keep coming back. Literally the only bad part of the expirence is all the protesters that literally scream at you from the moment you open your car door until the moment you get into the doors of the clinic. Even still though, the employees are always very understanding and apologetic and they have multiple security guards on site to make sure you can get in and out safely to get the care that you need.

I suggested Planned Parenthood to my daughter thinking it would be the cheapest option and they would help her considering she only works part time and has a 4 year old son. What an absolute JOKE! She and her boyfriend went in and they REFUSED to let him in the room with her or let her leave until he paid them $700. Then they still refused to let him go back with her. She’s a young girl being held hostage until they can make an ungodly amount of money off of her. This wasn’t for an abortion, just birth control! For somewhere that’s gets grants from the government and is supposed to be a nonprofit the entire thing is unethical. Planned Parenthood was always at the top of my list of charities my husband & I donated to . NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Actual God sent, they were so kind, and the procedure didn't hurt at all, even though the numbing didn't work. My doctor yapped with me and distracted me the whole time, everyone was super sweet, answered my 50 million questions, and even gave me a bag with 20 condoms and a lollipop at the end. 11/10, I tell all my friends to go here if need be, I am so grateful that I got such an understanding crew of people.

I tried to change my mind about my abortion after I was already in the operation room. The doctor made me feel so guilty for wasting their time that I went through with it. I have never been happy again. I have constant thoughts about ending my life. I wish I never did it. I know everything would’ve worked out but they convinced me I wouldn’t be able to handle another child. Please don’t do it, it will ruin your life.
