Madeline is my favorite caregiver and has been with me from the start, before I ever moved to a senior apartment facility. She helped me move from my house and got me settled in my new apartment. Since Madeline has been out on sick leave, Home Instead has been doing their best to provide caregivers. I especially like Pam, Susan, and Adriana who have all been great. Pam even stayed after her shift to put together my cat scratcher. Violet, my cat approves of these caregivers. And today Reese filled in at the last minute. He is doing great and Violet likes him! After posting this review, I want to add Alice who is my caregiver on Sundays and Tuesdays. Alice is also fantastic! She walks with me to the Community Theater for church service and Violet adores her!

The office staff and the home care professionals are responsive, professional and always caring.
