  One of the many workers who haven’t been paid in over a week since we were supposed to. Getting really sick and tired of this. Not a reliable company. Always messing up pay. This is the worst yet. Payday is Friday, will we get paid or no? Are you going to give out bonus’ to everyone for ruining the holidays and messing our bills up?

  The hiring process is a circus of hoops and waiting time. If your not computer literate or know the system of the healthcare Field it's almost impossible. Getting any answers from any of the departments take days and sometimes weeks. Then navigating the home page and taking the online onboarding is nothing less then frustrating especially when they just change the design and you have to start all over to learn how it works. I still can't input my time and submit it without having to call and wait 20 or more minutes to talk to someone sitting at home working remotely. If my time sheet does get submitted somehow the expected amount is a surprise almost every time. Everything is done over the web including pay, w-2 and paystubs so you have to set up 3 usernames and get directed to that webpage if u want to view anything. If I had to do this at another job like construction I would walk out and panhandle for the rest of my life. Too many entity's involved with to much mystery of who your actually talking to. Other then that the bennifits are good and it's a pretty easy job if you care about people

  Third update: December 9, 2025 still no pay or pending. The next payday is this Friday. Last time he was paid was November 14, 2025. It’s almost been a month since he’s had a paycheck. How does this company expect people to live…… Second update: it’s now December 8, 2025 and still no check. It’s officially been 6 business days since they were supposed to be issued, 10 days total. We’re falling behind on everything and having to borrow money just to get by. This is really crummy. Still no answers. Update: their automated message when you call just tells you if you haven’t been paid you’ll receive your payment by the end of the business day. That was a lie. They are so unprofessional and clearly don’t care about their employees. As if things weren’t a struggle enough in today’s economy. ONE WEEK LATE TO PAY Second update: He was told “hopefully it will come soon and if not hopefully it will be on his next check. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Pay your employees! Seeing tons of post on social media about how people can’t pay their rent and have hundreds in overdraft fees which CDWA isn’t going to compensate for. You people owe your employees a Christmas bonus for ALL THIS. I’m a support staff with another agency but my partner is employed through this company and ALWAYS has issues with his paycheck. Currently they’re a week late paying him and from what it sounds like a bunch of other employees. This is not a company to work for if you value communication or the ability to contact HR or payroll. The only reason my partner sticks it out is for the person he supports. They will stiff you on pay and there’s no one to contact to remedy it. You just have to hope they pay you. BEWARE. No one to contact for payroll. The positive reviews are clearly higher ups or friends of. I don’t know a single person who works for CDWA that has an easy time. Really great way for our family to spend the holidays. First of the month and only one person in our household got paid. Me, since I work for a competent agency. About to file a complaint with L&I and the Attorney General. It’s been A WEEK since he was supposed to be paid. Sadly there’s no way to contact anyone so I’m leaving this review.
