Sandra was very professional & very easy to ask questions. She was very knowledgeable helping me. After testing, I met Dr Jessica Connolly, she ran a few more test & discussed results of the test & giving me professional solutions to help my dry eyes. I was treated great by both Sandra & Dr Connolly. I had previously met with JC Penny Optical located at Spokane Valley mall. They closed middle of 2023. I never received all the tests & expert service as I have from Vision Institute Northwest. Thank you Sandra & Dr Connolly for being the best & professional at your jobs. Anyone interested in glasses or eye test, I suggest visit Vision Institute Northwest on E Broadway Ave in Spokane Valley, WA.
- SCStan CebulaDec 8, 20251.0I just finished getting my new lenses(3rd set) they scratch easy. Order new ones again under a 2yr. warranty. Well it looks like they put the better of my 3 previous lenses in today, the lenses are scratched. I haven't cleaned them since receiving the new ones. I looked very close when I got home and my left lenses has 4 small identifiable scratches, they are not new. I don't know what to think, these glasses were out of pocket and a X-mas gift. I hope that there is no dishonesty going on. Thank you, Stan
