I have been extremely happy with the quality of care and attention from everyone in the building. The secretaries are friendly and helpful, the dental assistants are great and Dr. Dale is top notch! He is very thorough, explaining everything that needs to be done, how it will be done and answers all questions. He is kind and very empathetic toward people like me who have severe dental anxiety. I was referred to one Endodontist who could not find any problems so I waited and it kept getting worse so I was referred to river city who found the problem instantly as it showed up in the xray. They gave me gas which I requested and it was the perfect amount to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. Im eating so much better and the pain is gone. The entire process was easy and comfortable as well as faster than expected. Im so happy with the results and I will return as needed. Best orthodontist hands down and I've been to a few. Thank you for the positive experience.
