  We accidentally came to the appointment early around 2:15pm and asked if they could possibly accommodate my son earlier than the 3pm appointment since we are already there, the lady whose name was Heather. Told me that they cannot accommodate us because they have to follow the scheduled appointment. I told her we will just come back for the scheduled appointment at 3pm. Came back few minutes early to the scheduled appointment and was asked to sit and wait to be called. There are 5 patients who were called before us and there is a patient that came in within 5 mins and they were called right away. I asked the parent and told me their appointment is at 3:30pm. I was surprised why they called them first. I immediately went to the front desk and asked why are we not being called and they called the 3:30pm appointment right away! The lady named heather told me that because the appointments depends on the type of appointment then they will be accommodated first. I told her what is the point of the appointment if you are not following the schedule! We came there early and told us that you cannot accommodate us because we need to be on time with the appointment and now they are accommodating others who came in there earlier on their appointment? Is there a special treatment and is it not our time important? I understand if they are running late on the schedule but knowing they will accommodate an appointment later than our appointment is so wrong! This heather was so rude and told me that she doesn’t like how I talked to them while she never apologized for what they did! I will not bringing my kids to that place anymore! I would encourage everyone to bring your kids somewhere else! There are more places better than this location! Will report them to their higher ups!

  Had an amazing visit today with dental assistant Sophie and Dr. Lukas. Kind and caring and amazing the the kiddos as usual

  I had an amazing experience at this children’s dentist. I brought my daughter in for treatment, and Dr. Lucas and anesthetist Dr Darell, and the entire team were truly outstanding. The front desk staff were just as wonderful—they made sure my daughter felt completely comfortable and kept reassuring me throughout the entire process. She had two molars extracted and multiple fillings, and everything was handled with such care and professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and support we received. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for exceptional dental care for their kids.

  I have been taking my kids here for over 5 years. I absolutely love this dentist. Warm and welcoming my kids love it.
