My son comes here for his braces and they have been working with us since he was 9 years old and started the process and monitored his process till he was old enough to get braces. And when he was old enough Dr. Heinemann did the paperwork necessary for the state to approve his braces. He made things easy and his staff is the best. This place is a well oiled machine things are smooth running here. My son broke his braces a few times and they got us right in every time and work with us on times do to the fact we live an hour and half away. Everyone is so nice and really professional and the office it's really clean. The waiting room has to for the young kids and around 20 seats but they are super fast here the seats are never full. Every time I have called for appointments it changes it was really easy and I got to pick the time I wanted. Nothing bad to say about this place. Very highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In one year Dr. Heinemann and his amazing staff put my teeth back in place and have restored my beautiful smile! Though any of the tech assistants is able to work with a patient, typically, I was scheduled to work with Dawn. I liked the consistency of the same caregiver team. She and Dr. Heinemann are amazing and knowledgeable with spot-on problem-solving abilities that individualized my treatment plan. As a senior citizen, they made me feel comfortable choosing orthodontics and respected my "special" needs.
