How’s your day going and I wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile here and there or act like you care somewhat been going there for a year now and I’ve never really ran into staff that was friendly except for one pharmacist. I understand they’re busy but the end of the day their job should be people centered.

Unfortunately, lines are long and phone wait times are interminable (20-plus minutes, navigating on hold/cutoff/callback and so on). At one point, our health insurance forced us to choose this pharmacy.

I don't know if they have ever filled mine, my 4 sons , my two daughters or my wife's prescription right without a 1 to 2 week delay an if you call to ask a question you'll be lucky if someone picks up the phone but they will hang up in your face over and over and eventually someone else will pick up and hang up In your face. Ridiculous. Safeway is going downhill fast. Everyone of them is the same treatment as this one
