Really understaffed. I feel for some of the workers that are really trying to help and for anyone using this pharmacy that always has to wait and come back later. Not sure why they can’t get a couple more helpers. Probably because it’s Seattle and no one here wants to work here. That’s why I give it 4 stars, because it’s more of a sign of what’s happening in this city than anything else.

It seems like staff are overworked and under-staffed. Everytime I’ve come here I have had to wait 40-60 mins despite receiving a notification my prescription is ready.

Every time my doctor sends a prescription I have to call to make sure they get on it because even according to them human error means needed prescriptions are just sitting there forgotten. I called 37 times across non-peak hours this week and left multiple messages. I still haven’t been able to get ahold of a person to fix their mistakes. Understaffed pharmacy without the ability to function with speed and agility. Don’t go here.

They don’t answer the phone, so you have to go in person, and when you get there, it’s like their first time interacting with customers. Lacking any people skills. Not just one instance. Over time I have learned this is just the way this pharmacy is poorly run. They are frequently out of stock w/ common prescriptions. Because of their customer service problems, it is definitely worth switching to CVS Pharmacy (a block away). It’s unfortunate because I grocery shop at Safeway and if the pharmacy was half decent, it would be WAY more convenient. But I just have to switch to CVS because this pharmacy is really that bad.

Started prescriptions August 2025. They have messed up EVERY order (3) I've had filled thus far. Every time I show up I have to come back later because either it's not ready or they got the qty short. Most recent, I call in prescription on a Friday, voice system says ready by noon Friday. I pickup on a SUNDAY 3pm, and the person tells me its not ready, there are 600 people "in the store" waiting for their prescriptions ahead of me. and i have to wait at least another hour as a "priority" WTH? They had two whole days to complete my prescription when it was promised in just 2 hours from when I called. This is just the most recent frustration. One of the people I dealt before seemed super high. Going to look for another place nearby that doesn't screw up every single time! I mean you have to try to be this bad. I miss Bartel's they were always on top of it.
