I have been going to this pharmacy for seven-ish years now and the staff are wonderful. The last few years have been tough on them - with the closing surrounding pharmacy options, medication and staff shortages, etc.. and yet they still go out of their way to help you get things approved and filled quickly.

First, they were out of stock on a monthly maintenance medication and didn't tell me until I came in to get it refilled (I had received a notification that my medication was ready--turned out to be a different medication that I didn't need anymore and didn't realize was still an active prescription). Second, the advice (on Christmas Eve) was for me to call around to see who has it in stock, then have that pharmacy transfer the prescription; and then third, I was handed a card with the Safeway pharmacy information and sent on my way. Finally, when I did find a pharmacy (Cascadia for the win! A 4.9 star pharmacy), the Safeway pharmacy didn't answer their phone call or mine, and I still don't know if I'll get my prescription today. I know retail pharmacy is a terrible job, but any pharmacy is part of your care team, and when out of maintenance medications, the patient should get timely notification. It's not just poor customer service--it's poor health care, and it's irresponsible. This is no longer my pharmacy.

Parking enforcement in the lot. Also collects plate number while you shop. I didn't get a chance to read the tiny printed font on the sign when you enter the lot

This is the least efficiently ran pharmacy in north Seattle. Refilling medication takes days. The lines are always huge and move slowly. Be prepared for your "quick pharmacy pick up" to last at least 30-45 minutes. The employees try their best to be nice and are always very apologetic but everything about this pharmacy is slow for no obvious reason.
