Years ago, I wrote a good review because the store is okay. I tried to find a way to leave corporate a message with customer service, but I can't find anything online. Main problem? The pharmacy is completely understaffed. Today, March 18 around 3:30, I went to pick up an RX. I was #10 in line. One guy at the check out. One person on the left window doing something else without customers. One probable pharmacist behind the counter at the back. After waiting for over 5 minutes, the same person was still at the counter. I did the math. I'm not waiting 45 minutes. I put the $15 magazine I was going to buy back in the rack on my way out. I guess I'll look for their "opening hours" and try to get there. There is a long line every time I go there now. As pharmacies get as rare as hens' teeth, I get the issue. What are you going to do?
Update in November 2025: Since I wrote this review in March, I have seen a lot of changes in the efficiency in the pharmacy. I did not see the response from the pharmacy lead until today! But I appreciate that lines are addressed more quickly, and the meds return box is not perpetually locked. Thanks!

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually.
