- ESEliska Stanley-Jones1 day ago1.0They pick up the phone maybe 1/5th of the times I call (during business hours, not during lunch) and they seemingly do not respond to their VMs so don’t bother. I had been trying to get a hold of them for over two weeks before finally talking to a person who informed me that I needed prior authorization for a medication I have been taking for 5 months and will be on for many years to come (not their fault, but I should have had this information earlier). I have now been off of my medication for three weeks, prior authorization takes about a week. Psychosis is an effect of not being on this medication, so thanks for that :) Additionally they frequently do not have medication ready even after confirming that it is, making every trip a fun 2 hour long errand.
