They pick up the phone maybe 1/5th of the times I call (during business hours, not during lunch) and they seemingly do not respond to their VMs so don’t bother. I had been trying to get a hold of them for over two weeks before finally talking to a person who informed me that I needed prior authorization for a medication I have been taking for 5 months and will be on for many years to come (not their fault, but I should have had this information earlier). I have now been off of my medication for three weeks, prior authorization takes about a week. Psychosis is an effect of not being on this medication, so thanks for that :)
Additionally they frequently do not have medication ready even after confirming that it is, making every trip a fun 2 hour long errand.

I have been calling repeatedly for two days nonstop and can’t get a single person on the phone. How am I supposed to get my medication filled?

I call every hour and sometimes every fifteen minutes to get ahold of someone at the pharmacy. They refuse to pick up the phone. They don't even put me on hold, it's just simply it runs all lthe way out to an answering machine. I NEED my medication and this is not okay. Is there a 'prime time' to call so i can actually get some service?
