CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS WRITTEN FROM HERE ARE SUITABLE DURING PREGNANCY AND DON’T CAUSE BIRTH DEFECTS I came in for an ultrasound at 8 weeks because I did not have an OBGYN yet, and they confirmed I am indeed pregnant and with twins. On the form I filled out it demonstrated these babies were very much wanted. We also expressed this to the prescribing ARNP as well as the tech. I was told to take B complex for nausea on top of amoxicillin for my UTI; however when I went to pick up my prescription they had also prescribed zofran for nausea. I asked my pharmacist to double check both medications are suitable during pregnancy. Something many might not do because you trust the prescribers medical knowledge and discretion and wouldn’t think to double check. SHE CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THE ZOFRAN CAUSES BIRTH DEFECTS IF TAKEN DURING THE FIRST TRIMESTER. How dare you. That is deplorable!! A mistake with real large consequences. I was apprehensive because of other horror stories from Planned Parenthood regarding them selling… parts, and this just cemented my ill feelings towards them. It doesn’t seem like they care about babies even when they are wanted. This is medical negligence. Everyone seemed very friendly otherwise…

This place charges even if you are are considered below poverty. She quoted me almost $150+ and said she wouldn’t know until after the procedure the total cost and then would bill me. Waste of travel!

I went in uninsured to get my IUD changed. Everyone working was very kind, informative and transparent about the cost of getting the replacement and even let me know I can pay for my IUD through a payment plan if I didn't want the burden of paying in full at the time. The clinician who took care of me was kind and gentle. They made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time I was there. I was even in and out within an hour. Thank you to the folks who work at planned parenthood.

Please for the love of all that is good in this world find a different location to visit if at all possible. Delicate sensitive appointments handled with little to no respect for time or emotions. Showing up 40 minutes early and STILL not being finished for over 2.5 hours. Being left alone in a room for 20+ minutes at a time with no idea what’s going on. This was not a walk in appointment to clarify. And made this appt over an hour away from home just to get in. No one having an answer after asking multiple times, for help or clarification.
