    Went to this gym for about a year while I lived in Seattle. I haven’t found anything that compares. The coaches are great and the workouts fun and hard. The programming was a really good mix of strength training and cardio.

    Ideal place to begin your CrossFit/fitness journey - This was my first gym and I joined it about 3 months ago. It was easy to stay consistent throughout due to the structured training program and personal guidance from coach Ravi. I could track my growth on an app, and there was no shortage of equipment if I wanted to push further. Most importantly the gym sessions are conducted as a group and you get to learn from experienced folks and at the same time push together with other newbies. Highly recommended.

    I started training at this gym about three months ago with one very specific goal in mind: preparing for my first HYROX race. Looking back now, choosing this gym and especially working with my coach Jacque was one of the best decisions I could have made! From day one, the programming was thoughtful, structured, and clearly tailored to HYROX-style racing. Every session had purpose. Jacque is an exceptional coach. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and deeply invested in her athletes. She knows when to push, when to hold back, and how to adapt training based on where you are physically and mentally. What really stood out to me was how much she cared about her athletes. The gym itself is also a huge part of the experience. It is big and clean. The community is supportive, welcoming, and motivating. We all become great friends! Thanks to this gym and Jacque’s coaching, I successfully completed my first HYROX race!!! I came out of the experience stronger, more confident, and excited for what’s next! If you’re serious about HYROX training or just want smart programming, great coaching, and a positive training environment, I can’t recommend this gym enough!!!

    If you’re serious about training and want elite equipment, attentive coaching, and a truly supportive community, this is the place. The equipment setup is unmatched — they have everything for CrossFit, Hyrox, and strength & conditioning: velocity trackers, SkiErgs, GHDs, climbing ropes, multiple women’s and powerlifting bars, weighted vests, sprint space, perfectly set gymnastics rings, and tons of mobility/rehab tools — all in multiples, so you’re never waiting. The floor plan is huge and thoughtfully organized. Programming is smart and scalable, from beginner-friendly to competition-level, with plenty of open gym time if you follow your own track or want extra skill work. Coaching is phenomenal. Classes feel almost like semi-personal training, with real movement corrections and guidance that actually helps you progress. They actively support members pursuing certifications like the CrossFit L1, which says a lot about their investment in your growth. Owners Ravi and Jackie are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their members. They’re always improving the space and cheering people on. The community is warm and engaged, with hikes, holiday events, and dinners that make it easy to make friends. Members even bring in their quirky pets!
