  I visited Concentra Urgent Care a week ago to have a pre-employment drug screening done. This particular clinic (Northgate) is walk-in only which had me concerned about a long wait time but I arrived later in the day (@~3:40), the front desk staff was friendly & very competent, the technician/nurse who conducted the urine collection was also friendly & seemingly competent. The whole experience was painless & I found the entire staff to be pleasant, the process from the time I walked in the door to exiting the building couldn't have been longer than ~30 mins, & I was offered the job a few days later. Thanks for a positive experience.

  The brunette gal at the front desk went way over and Beyond to get my test done!!! I had been 2 clinics, drove almost 2 hrs then had trouble with not having right paperwork and starting my job was on the line. But this wonderful lady made it happen🎉🎉🎉😀😍 Wish I knew her name! She was amazing ! I walked in to the back before I left to hopefully find her and give her a huge thanks!!! And we gave each other a big hug! So great to come across people who really are good humans, take pride in what they and go the extra mile😍😍🎉🎉🎉🙏🙏🙏🙂

  I recently went here for a random drug test. I signed in and had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. The staff was friendly and I left without incident. The test procedure was done normally, and I signed the sealed samples. Unfortunately, someone messed up the chain or command paperwork on my samples and now I have to come back and take the test again on my own time. Been doing randoms like this for 20+ years and this is the first time this has happened. They only had one job to do, and they failed at it. Disappointing.

  After waiting literally months to get my shoulder fixed I went into the appointment just to be told they don’t have the copy of the MRI so now I have to wait for December to roll around to maybe hopefully get something done. In the meantime I’m not able to work and am on the verge of homelessness. I need this surgery quick or it’s not gonna matter. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

  I visited this office after experiencing severe coughing symptoms for over a week. Despite arriving on a weekday late morning, I waited two hours in the lobby before being seen. After paying my $75 copay, a nurse took my vitals and I provided a detailed written timeline of my symptoms, which the nurse suggested warranted additional testing. Following another 40-minute wait, the doctor probably less than 5 minutes with me. I felt as though because I wasn't actively coughing in front of her, she didn't care. The consultation felt extremely rushed, and I was unable to fully discuss my concerns. The additional tests that were initially recommended were never performed, and I'm very certain she never read the symptoms paper I took time to type out. The doctor prescribed cough medication without explaining what it was or discussing potential side effects, then left abruptly. Unfortunately, the prescribed medication proved ineffective. That evening, my symptoms worsened significantly to the point of burst blood vessels in my eyes from severe coughing. Two weeks post-visit, my symptoms persist and I am trying to find another doctor. The overall experience left me feeling that my health concerns were not taken seriously. The extended wait times, brief consultation, lack of thorough examination, and ineffective treatment plan resulted in continued suffering and no resolution to my medical issue. I cannot recommend this practice based on this experience.
