- LZLilly ZenJul 9, 20251.0Dear future readers, Have you heard of a nightmare? If not, you are living under a rock! Brookdale is one of these nightmare stories you hear around town. One, They overcharge and undercare. Two, understaffed so bad it's not funny. Three, you will go downhill faster, and you will die there. Let's tell me how this family member had a golden heart, and when they got to a point in life that needed full-time care, they wanted a home. We did that, plus it was taking a toll on the family we didn't know we had. Signing papers, let's say, they were badly neglected. We had many, many small problems that added up to a big one with frustration. Our family has a lot to do every day before we take care of our golden-hearted dead family member. If you love your mother, father, sons, daughter, aunts, uncles, cousins, great-aunt, great-uncle, great-cousin, or just a dear family friend, you are taking care of them. DON'T GO THERE. DON'T LET THIS be your last choice. This family's heart of gold has passed away. I will say that I am glad Brookdale didn't get our lawyers involved! DON'T CONTACT ME!

- CCcalisto919Jul 24, 20191.0Awful place. Every time I come here the staff is so.loud and disruptive. Poor people here can't even get peace and quiet. They don't check on my mom at all. Garbage is always full with wet stinky briefs. And I see elderly people wondering the halls by themselves. I came this evening and one gentlemen was wheeling down the hall with no shirt on and only 1 shoe and nobody to help him. Again staff is very loud. My mother gets no rest. Avoid this place at all cost.
