  Honestly, very disappointed in their guest pass policy. Any Gym that I’ve went to is able to provide you with a free day pass so that you can experience the Gym before signing a contract. This Gym wants to charge you $22 per day pass, which is a very high price in my opinion

  Deb is amazing and always work her butt off. Ive seen her scrub the floors and constantly work hard. She also helped me unlock the lockers :) she has a great personality and deserves a raise!!!

  I would leave zero stars if I could. I was charged $85 for my gym membership after I had cancelled it. I canceled the membership in July, was informed due to me canceling in between months I would be charged for the next month of August. I told them I understood. However, September came around and noticed I was also charged. Even though I cancelled my account. I called and spoke to Kim multiple times at least once a week and the last time we talked she was very unprofessional. Stating well some other people have not had their refund and that there were very backed up with refunds, even after 30 days and it will take longer and I can not give you an estimate because then you will keep calling back. If there are multiple people having to get refunds and it’s taking long, seems like a pattern to me. It’s been over 50 days and I still have not seen my refund. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll ever get my refund.

  They misrepresent their costs at signing, they do not provide a copy of what your signing. Total scam!!! OK, let me add, the rate they promised at signing was never charged. I was promised around $82/month. After paying the initial $205.89 on 3/21, the very next charge was for $97.90 on 4/21. On 5/20 I was charged $60.90, which went through because I had the full $97.90 available thinking (even though I was promised less) that $97.90 was the amount due. So they took the $60.90 on 5/20, and i guess they realized it was the wrong amount because on 5/21 they tried to pull $97.90, which wasn't all their because they already pulled $60.90 of it. At that point we contacted they gym to ask, and they said we would have to come in and talk to a manager. We went in several times but somehow there's never a manager to talk to and no call back. The following 7 days they tried pulling $121.40 from my account, but couldn't not call us back. We would get automated texts saying we owe, but no call back about why the billing was mishandled. Since starting they've made 71 attempts to pull funds from my account. Only 4 were at $97.90. 31 were $121.90. 12 at $130.90. It even looks like they tried pulling smaller amounts out just to see if it would go through. I've got 2 pulls at $42.50, 1 at $23.50, and 1 at $19.00. Those amounts make no sense unless you're testing the account. This is all highly suspicious. I'm not making accusations here, just stating facts. Even if your contact was available, I don't think there's anything in there to explain this. And if the only answer is UFC's contact obligated me to be treated this way, who wrote the contract that way and why? The whole situation seems wrong and this is a close to an answer as I've ever gotten

  UPDATE: they doubled charged me when I cancelled!! Poorly run gym. Pool is now ice cold. The hot tub smells like a gas chamber. I tried to cancel but they told me to come back during the weekdays. And only one person can cancel for me. Not to mention the front desk staff are all incredibly rude, couldn’t care less and never greet you. It’s a disaster of a gym! Never sign up. They also double charged me when I cancelled.
