Would give this a negative stars. I had to move, and was never told if I needed to cancel my gym membership I had to physically come in to cancel it. I moved hours away from this location and it was not possible to come in to cancel this. I called multiple times talked to multiple people, since the app was not letting me cancel my membership. I was told that’s not how it works I have to come in. I was being charged and charged, even though I called and talked to many people. After finally talking to someone who said they can help me and get this canceled and I wouldn’t be charged anymore, I got a call today saying I owe 700$ !!!! I haven’t been to this gym since July and went for one month before we had to get relocated for my husbands work. - worst gym, management and communication ever !! I’m a stay at home mother, and snarky attitudes about me not being able to pay 700$ or even the 499$ for not even being able to go was insane. Never have I met a gym where you also got charged for canceling a membership before a 12 month term. I would never recommend this gym.

You have awful management at puyallup UFC, get your crap figured out because it's ridiculous that your pool is so cold that you can't even move in the water to try and warm up, pool area being so unclean and disgusting along with their locker rooms , and have rude people working their along with one of the managers who pretended to be a costumer and make a fake review saying how good it is and practically bashing other people for speaking out the truth against the gym that you didn't like or approve of. All the managment for that gym thinks about is cash and greed rather than caring about people who want to exercise and have a positive and clean gym. As a 17 year old, I would be able to run a better gym than they ever could do.

I’ve been coming to this gym since they first opened. It is a great gym with plenty of machines and free weights, but honestly, the staff do not take their jobs seriously. In particular, the woman with red hair—who I believe is a manager—was extremely unprofessional. When an issue came up, she was argumentative instead of helpful, and she completely ignored my request to have the water fountain cleaned, even though it was overflowing with spit. That is unacceptable. I pay far too much and drive far too long to be treated this way. This experience was frustrating and disrespectful, which is why I’m leaving this review today. I expect better, especially as a loyal, high-paying customer. Please reach out to me as soon as possible or I will be forced to close my account with you thank you.

I’ve been a member at UFC FIT for about 2.5 years, and unfortunately cleanliness has become a serious ongoing issue. Many of the weight machines and equipment are extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly. Trash cans are often overflowing, medicine balls are left dirty, and paper towels are frequently unavailable. The showers and steam room are another major concern. There is a lot of visible dirt and mold. Management says that members should remove their shoes in the steam room, but the floor itself is very dirty. Being told to walk barefoot in such conditions is unacceptable. When I raised these concerns, the manager’s response felt dismissive — instead of addressing the hygiene problems, it felt like the issues were being ignored or brushed aside. Additionally, on weekends the gym often closes earlier than scheduled. The large TV screen that used to be in the gym was also replaced with a much smaller one, which looks unprofessional. I enjoy this gym and the community, but these problems have been going on for a long time and seriously need attention.

This gym truly has all the equipment I need. However I do have a few complaints when paying almost $70/month. The maintenance all around needs attention. I am understanding that a gym is a highly trafficked area, but I have been going to this gym for over 2 years now and the restroom constantly needs attention. It’s not a matter of guests not cleaning up after themselves. There needs to be more attention to detail. The women's restroom was without toilet seat covers for months at one point. The handicap stall has had the same skid marks for days…which shows me that it is not being cleaned or skipped. Another thing that I would like addressed is the fact that the filtered water stations is not indicating that it’s filtered. There is no green, yellow, or red light. This is above an average gym fee and guests should see issues being addressed by management and everything operating as it should. I also have not seen any employees on the floor at least while I am there to clean equipment or keep the gym organized. Aside from these minor complaints the staff is nice and always welcomes the guests.
