- GLGrace LongJun 23, 20241.0I use this pharmacy only because it’s necessary. It’s within walking distance of my home and I don’t have a vehicle. If that wasn’t the case, I would pick ANY other. They are very disorganized and lazy. It takes them 3+ days to fill out a prescription sent in by my doctor and when I call to see if it’s ready, it takes another couple of hours. One time I had a more expensive medication I wasn’t sure if it was going to be covered by insurance but my doctor sent it in. I was told it was covered when I called in but when I arrived to pick it up, it was over 1,000! I asked the lady if she had run my insurance and she goes to the back, takes another 10 minutes to run insurance… I don’t know why it wasn’t done before this!? Then came back and after running my insurance, the cost was higher than before!? There’s no way that’s possible. Save yourself the trouble and find another pharmacy. Honestly might do another pharmacy myself and just sign up for delivery… I’m sure even that would be faster than these guys.
