  This location is always very nice. It’s 1 star for female that answered on the main 800 number was completely rude to me. If you hate talking to customers for planned parenthood then quit your job. I’m calling about tests results and she was giving me an attitude.

  i came in and had my wellness exam, it was beyond amazing, short wait times and everyone was so friendly. i highly recommend. puyallup is so welcoming :)

  I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Usually I avoid Puyallup because of all the traffic but coming from Bellevue, it actually wasn't a bad commute. I'd like to thank the office staff for their information and patience while they located my insurance. The doctor i saw was also very kind and thorough. Thank you Planned Parenthood 🙏

  I have debilitating period cramps and wanted to start birth control, so I visited PP. There aren’t tons of openings but it’s still fairly easy to get an appointment, I just had to go to one outside of my city. I was nervous to visit this one in Puyallup because of the negative reviews about rude staff, but my experience was so nice that I wanted to leave a review. The women working in the front were sweet and smiling the entire time, the woman who saw me before my doctor was kind, and made me feel really comfortable. The doctor I saw was also nice and informed me really well, and even let me come back and ask an extra question after my appointment had already ended. Besides waiting for my prescription (which was given to me right after my appointment), my appointment only lasted around 25 minutes, and I was comfortable the entire time. Overall kind, informative, helpful staff, and quick communication. Please don’t be scared to visit and take care of your health :)

  I went to Planned Parenthood today and honestly had such a good experience. Everyone from the check in team to my nurse, the doctor, and the admin staff was compassionate, patient, and really knowledgeable. I showed up thinking I knew exactly which birth control I wanted, but my nurse talked me through other options, explaining the pros, cons, and possible side effects in a way that made everything make sense. I feel like I learned more from her in five minutes than I did in weeks of light online research. The cost since I am paying out of pocket was also way less than I expected. For example, if I had gone with Nexplanon, it would have been around 2.2k, but they were very clear about all the prices so I could make the best choice for me. Most importantly, I felt heard, respected, and safe the whole time. Huge thanks to Angela, Devan, and Robin for making what could have been a stressful day into a really positive one.
