My first visit to Noble Eye & Vision Center. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I went there because that is where Dr Erick Auyoung has moved since leaving the practice at the Mall. He takes the time to answer any questions you might have and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Auyoung

The process was smooth and staff were kind from start to finish. Dr. Noble made sure to clarify things I had questions on, and McKenna was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! I look forward to going back.

Dr. Clark was phenomenal, taking extra time and care with our child. The initial assistant could improve by reviewing the patient’s health history beforehand—instead of being immediately demanding, she might show understanding and explain her actions when working with a high-functioning autistic child. The optician, however, was amazing: patient with all of us and dedicated so much time to helping. Thank you for everything!

Poor communication and profit-focused care
Very disappointed with my experience. Dr. Noble was dismissive of my concerns about vision strain and offered no real explanation or next steps. I was also charged double what I expected because they had me fill out a form for an additional scan without explaining that it was separate from the retinal scan. When I asked about it, the staff said “we have some new people and they probably forgot to tell you,” which is not acceptable.
To make matters worse, Dr. Noble recommended two separate pairs of glasses — which felt more like a sales tactic than genuine medical advice.
Overall, this office seems more focused on profit than on patient care. I won’t be returning.
