  This is the 3rd Concentra I have been to where the front desk staff was dismissive and kind of rude. I work in the same field and I have never, and would never treat people that way. Especially when the mistake was on our end with our people. This Concentra has been, by far, the worst one I have been to, and I am tied in due to an L&I claim........its unbelievable to me that people can be so snobby when dealing with the public, especially people who aren't feeling well.....and still have a job. Having to go back in there for all of my follow ups is disturbing and uncomfortable. People should not have to feel this way about receiving medical care. Especially when its for an injury that happened at work. I showed them the appointment time I was guven, inly to be very rudely told, " Well I dont know who wrote that but your appointment is not until noon. You will not be checked in until your appointment time, so you can just come back then." I think her name was Gabby. I called after I left and I asked who was in charge of letting patients know their appointment time had changed......they told me that it was an automated text message that goes out for all appointments. I have never gotten one. Not for my first follow up, or for my second. Watch them try and tell me its some type of glitch and then offer me no apology at all.......again. Unbelievable how people who work behind a desk and serve the public on behalf of medical professionals can be so unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. I am so sick right now, too. And it takes me 30 minutes to get here. Patient care is not the priority at this location for sure. Update.....I went back for the appointment time they said I was scheduled for and got nothing but more bad attitude from the front desk staff ( Rochelle...not sure where the other rude gal went )..........wouldn't you know I ended up waiting around and its well past my appointment time, and then waited around in the back for over 45 minutes because the MA had to ask the doctor if a CBC and CMP were both blood draws....I could have told her that. While I was sitting there, I could hear the staff talking about the patients, including myself.......very unprofessional. Furthermore, I did not receive a text about my next appointment either and when I asked if I could have an appointment time printed out for me and not written in they would not give me one ......they wrote in the time just like they did last time. I cant wait to see what time my actual appointment ends up being. This place is a joke and the staff is awful. Do better concentra.

  If zero stars was an option that is exactly what I would have picked. They will change a scheduled appointment and fail to tell you about it , then when you show up the I will tell you its too bad and to come back at the time they see you are scheduled for. Rude and unprofessional. I was there when I was supposed to be. Period.

  The front desk staff is extremely rude and dismissive. They make mistakes and make no apologies and shoo you away like they have no cares in the world.

  Service was excellent, and personnel were pleasant and helpful. Wait time was exceptionally short for an office visit.
