  The Dr and front office staff were great! The medical assistant dropped the ball. She forgot to put my room as available for the Dr after she finished with me. I waited an hour before I asked what the hold up was. The Dr was very apologetic and said that should of never happened, that he was going to deal with the medical assistant. I would of given a 5 otherwise.

  I went to Concerta for a pre employment screening and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and service I was afforded. The line was already about 10 people when I showed up 15 minutes before they opened and grew increasingly long by 8:00 AM. The front desk was very prompt and thorough. Once I was taken back I was helped by 2 of the nicest MA’s and a doctor. Try all explained what we were about to do and smiled throughout. 10/10, I highly recommend this office!

  The day I came in, the clinic had IT issues and staff made sure as we came in we were made aware of the issue and the possible down time. They offered me to wait or comeback later in the afternoon. I opted to wait, as soon as the system popped on they got me registered and set. Once I was brought back for a lab draw Jay (Janea I might have spelled that wrong) was very pleasant and got me on the first try. I am usually a pin cusion, so it was most impressive. She got me squared away and I was out in no time.

  I was told at 12pm that there was a 3 hour wait and that they would text me when it was my time. I decided I would head home (30 min away) and come back at 230 and wait for my text message informing me of my time. As soon as I arrived home at 1230 I recieved said text meassage saying they were ready for me. I called back and informed them I was told 3 hours not 30 minutes and that I was 30 away. They preceded to tell me if I couldn't be back in 10 minutes that I would have to re-check in and be put at the end of line. I asked why was I told 3 hours and then texted 30 min. latter informing they were ready? They said we tell all patients the estimated completion of the vist. WHAT nobody does that, thats why its called the waiting time. No one goes to a busssiness and is told we think you'll be done with your appointment by this time! What a joke this place is!

  I appreciate this place overall but it’s bitter sweet because you have to be there as soon as the doors open to not have a long wait time. There is the convenience of not having to make an appointment but you will wait. I went on my day off which was Saturday and I got there at 10 am and they opened at 9. I had a 2 hr wait because on Saturday they only have 1 doctor. I was not aware of that but now I know. I was treated very well but the staff and doctor and appreciate their services. Pros- no appointment needed Cons- no appointment needed Thank you🙂
