Got to the counter and gave my name and birthdate. The lady told me that it would be 45-60 minutes. I let her know I really couldn’t wait that long with two small babies and asked why if it was sent in yesterday that I would still need to wait longer and she said “well we are 700 prescriptions behind. Next in line!” And just dismissed me. Will never get my prescription filled here ever again. A little compassion goes a really long way. If she had been a little kinder, I would not have any issue at all.
