Live half an hour out of town; came in to pick up a prescription that was sent in yesterday morning. Had two small kiddos and was waiting in line for a bit. Got to the counter and gave my name and birthdate. The lady told me that it would be 45-60 minutes. I let her know I really couldn’t wait that long with two small babies and asked why if it was sent in yesterday that I would still need to wait longer and she said “well we are 700 prescriptions behind. Next in line!” And just dismissed me. Will never get my prescription filled here ever again. A little compassion goes a really long way. If she had been a little kinder, I would not have any issue at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Painfully slow lines lead to waiting for 10-15 minutes for 2 people ahead of you. On top of that, once you get to the front of the line, it’s mind boggling how long it takes for the receptionist to do simple tasks. I went in for a flu shot today and 2 other people were ahead of me in the waiting room. The doctor came in after 20 minutes of waiting for the shot to give one to the first patient. Exactly 15 minutes later and the doctor came in to give the next guy his shot. I was able to get mine immediately after which was a plus, I guess. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I came in with my girlfriend a couple weeks before and it was the same thing. I used to live in Vancouver and my family of 4 would take maybe 7 or 8 minutes tops to come in (albeit with an appointment), sign our papers and get the shot. In total, the seemingly simple appointment took over an hour. Ridiculous.
