And instead of having customers wait in the waiting room while the staff sort out issues, they keep everyone waiting. We don't understand how it can take, on average, 5-7 min per customer. I was in line for 12 min and only 2 people moved up. This is unfortunately typical of this pharmacy. When it was finally my turn, Trina didn't greet me or make eye contact with me.
