I went in to replace my nexplanon and found out the hard way that I require more lidocaine than usual, and a longer wait period to get numb. I felt 90% of the procedure, but she was so kind and patient with me. I’m new to the area so they gave me some resources. I’m so thankful to everyone there.

I booked an appointment seeing on their website that they take United healthcare, also said insurance not required. So, two days before my appointment I get a call that they have to cancel because they don't take my insurance. I asked if they could help me with the paperwork for the Bayer Patient Assistance as I've had this problem last time. They quite rudely refused and stated that they "had to take another call".

I received incredible care from the staff at the Olympia PP, especially ANP Sharon. She quickly and expertly removed my IUD while distracting me and my husband with great conversation. She had answered all our questions thoroughly and took away our anxiety about the procedure. She was absolutely delightful, and I wish every health care professional was just like her. We need more NP Sharon’s in the world!

I've never been to a PP before, and I was certainly nervous. My experience was great- much better than I've had at other clinics. I felt very safe and welcome, and honestly the doctor who helped me was an angel. I cried, we hugged, it sounds like a fairytale but I left wishing she was my mom. This place is now absolutely my golden standard for health care down there ;)
