- GGGHDec 11, 20255.0Went in for an IUD removal/insertion with Sharon. Her and her MA were amazing. The procedure was very quick; she distracted me with good conversation. The front desk was super friendly. Overall, what can be a scary thing turned out to be an amazing experience.

So, two days before my appointment I get a call that they have to cancel because they don't take my insurance. I asked if they could help me with the paperwork for the Bayer Patient Assistance as I've had this problem last time. They quite rudely refused and stated that they "had to take another call".

She quickly and expertly removed my IUD while distracting me and my husband with great conversation. She had answered all our questions thoroughly and took away our anxiety about the procedure.
