I arrived at 2:30 per my online appointment - no mention was made of a delay - I left 25 minutes later at 2:55 without a flu vaccine. Very surprised and disappointed at the poor service.

After going to urgent care in the evening, I called from the hospital to let the staff know I would be picking up my prescription before they closed. The pharmacy tech said it would be ready in 45minutes which was 805pm. When I got there I was ignored for 15 minutes then the staff went ahead to tell me my antibiotics won't be ready till the next day, and if I dint like that they can send my prescription to a pharmacy of my choice. By that time all drug stores were closing within half an hour. She was rude, unapologetic and unprofessional."why did you lie to me on the phone that it would be ready then change after I have already wasted an hour". They wasted so much of my time and made me have a miserable night without treatment.
