  I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to take a moment to write one for those who are considering finding care at this location. Planned Parenthood has always been my go to place for everything related to sexual healthcare needs, whether it is birth control, or an annual exam, etc. I find that the process is always 10 times smoother than other clinics and the environment is always more comfortable to me. I have used Planned Parenthood all over the state, but this location really stood out to me. Both times I have visit here have been nothing short of amazing. The last time I visited this location was to remove a birth control implant. I had had this form of birth control before, and removing it was incredibly painful and scary for me at a different place. Coming in I was terrified I was going to have this same experience (although I knew I needed to keep it together because I needed to have it removed). The process was like night and day compared to the first time. The doctor made sure I was comfortable while doing the lidocaine injection, and removed the implant seamlessly. I barely even felt it! It took maybe 5 minutes to do, and she educated me throughout the entire process. And (unlike the first time at a different clinic when I was left with a giant bruise after tugging at my arm for an hour) I had the tiniest little baby bruise from the removal and zero pain or tenderness in the area afterward. My doctor was gentle, caring, and knowledgeable. I left this place feeling safe, comfortable, and most importantly cared for. And so that’s why it was important for me to take the time to write this review. Even if it is something as simple as a birth control removal, the staff here really truly makes you feel like they care. Thank you Planned Parenthood :)

  Whoever checks insurance coverage at this location got something totally wrong. I was quoted $910 out of pocket for an office visit plus various routine screenings, since they said they wouldn't accept my insurance. I declined, drove home, called my insurance and verified this location should have accepted my coverage. I later scheduled at the Bellingham location and they accepted my insurance no problem. Frustrating.

  This place never answers their phone. Even at 7:30 in the morning, what a joke.

  Super disappointed in them latlely. I’ve been going a couple years here now. Just switched over to a different doctors office after my last visit. I went in to pick up three months supply of birth control and it took them 30min to get it ready. The worst part is the ladies at the front the usually grab the BC and do the paperwork we’re sitting on there phones and chatting away. After twenty minutes of that they finally decided to grab my birth control for me. So disappointed in the staff at the front. I would pay the extra gas money to head to the Bellingham one.
