Every time I come to this pharmacy it is a huge hassle. I can’t use any other pharmacy or my insurance won’t cover anything. Either there’s 15 people in line or 2 you’ll be waiting 30 minutes at the least. Mind you I’ve applied for this position several times because clearly you guys need help but don’t want it. Makes me sad because other Safeway pharmacies are NOT like this. The woman was rude doesn’t say hi just asks “Date of birth” sad.

My cashier today was Min Soo. He called me up to the register and I said hi and he replied “name?” I thought maybe he didn’t hear me so I said hi again, but he rolled his eyes and said hi quickly and then asked the question again. I was thinking maybe he was having a rough day so I made a stank face and moved on. That’s when another customer came up and he started laughing and smiling with this other customer who was being helped by someone else. I felt discriminated against. I don’t know why he had to be so rude. Tough crowd.

Two stars because there are some people that are kind there, but it is genuinely so frusterating how every single time they only ever have one clerk getting everyones perscriptions. With how bad the line is every day all day long you'd think they'd allow them to have two clerks handling everyone! I feel bad for the people who have to work at this location and bad for myself that this is the closest pharmacy to my house thats on my way home
