My prescriptions are pretty much ready on time. However, I would love to have a non judgmental pharmacist that isn’t condescending because one has a lack of knowledge. If a person asks a seemingly common sense question doesn’t mean it’s the pharmacist time to answer in a belittling manner. I believe that it’s not the pharmacist job to judge someone and have an attitude towards the customers. If a pharmacist doesn’t like the job I believe they should quit because they’re actually making people afraid to ask questions that may or may not save their lives. Why is it so difficult for people to just be nice?

Pharmacist was horrible and very cold. She decided she was going to play doctor. Do not go to this pharmacy if you are looking for a kind understanding pharmacist! Worst ever!

I got a Pneumavax 23 injection on Sunday, 8/4/19 at Sav-On Pharmacy on 132nd St SE in Mill Creek, WA. My arm was on fire the next day and started to swell with redness. I called the pharmacist and explained what was going on. She said it was normal. By Tuesday morning I was in so much pain I went to urgent care. I had cellulitis, a serious bacterial skin infection from the injection. Had I not gone in, I could have gotten septic. The doctor put me on heavy antibiotics for 10 days which ended up delaying my hip surgery-all from a bad injection!!! It was an awful experience!
