Over the past several months, I have visited this pharmacy location many times, and the staff have consistently been rude and unprofessional. They often seem unwilling or unable to help customers properly. My hospice nurse placed several medication orders in advance because the items were not supposed to be over-the-counter. However, the pharmacy staff repeatedly insisted that I should just purchase OTC products instead of retrieving the medications that had already been ordered by my nurse.

I wouldn’t say every time, but seven or eight times out of ten, when I go to pick up my medication, they tell me it’s not ready — even though I received the pickup notification five days ago. And only after I insist do they suddenly “find” my prescription, all while looking annoyed about it! Today was the same as usual: I went to pick up my medication five days after receiving the text message, and they still told me it wasn’t ready. It’s absolutely maddening!
