Very busy pharmacy but the staff are great. This zip code has a lot of angry entitled people in it unfortunately. Because of this the people you wait in line with may be annoying/grumpy.

Always helpful, and of course they get behind due to the volume of people they deal with. They do the best they possibly can, so so all you impatient holier than thou people complaining need to chill out and have a salad..

The short lady who wears the scarves on her head is very rude and unprofessional. Acts like every customer is there to ruin her day and treats them as such. The lady with shoulder length curly black hair is very nice and professional. I like that she puts stickers on the caps of my medicine bottles. Don't bother trying to call they'll put you on hold and then hang up on you until you call back enough that they finally answer to get you to shut up and make it clear thats the only reason they're answering. Extremely short and rude "I can't do that" *hangs up* I don't care if you can't do it but tell me how I can get it done at least I was just trying to transfer a prescription. (I got it done no thanks to them thank you Walgreens! I'll be going to you from now on)

They said the medicine would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later still not ready. They gave me an “I really don’t care” attitude and said they will be open the following day at 10:00. I will be going to another pharmacy next time.

This used to be a great little pharmacy. Friendly, fast, and most importantly - reliable. Over the past few years it's been in a steady state of decline on all three fronts. Moved my important Rx's to Costco, but left Safeway for random prescriptions. Today was the last straw. A simple Rx was sent over. Called to ensure it was ready and they said 30 mins. Showed up 30 mins later and after waiting 20 mins in line they said it would be another 30 mins. Done with them.
