- RRRyanDec 1, 20252.0The short lady who wears the scarves on her head is very rude and unprofessional. Acts like every customer is there to ruin her day and treats them as such. The lady with shoulder length curly black hair is very nice and professional. I like that she puts stickers on the caps of my medicine bottles. Don't bother trying to call they'll put you on hold and then hang up on you until you call back enough that they finally answer to get you to shut up and make it clear thats the only reason they're answering. Extremely short and rude "I can't do that" *hangs up* I don't care if you can't do it but tell me how I can get it done at least I was just trying to transfer a prescription. (I got it done no thanks to them thank you Walgreens! I'll be going to you from now on)

- BBBOct 29, 20251.0This used to be a great little pharmacy. Friendly, fast, and most importantly - reliable. Over the past few years it's been in a steady state of decline on all three fronts. Moved my important Rx's to Costco, but left Safeway for random prescriptions. Today was the last straw. A simple Rx was sent over. Called to ensure it was ready and they said 30 mins. Showed up 30 mins later and after waiting 20 mins in line they said it would be another 30 mins. Done with them.
