I recently went through a traumatic experience with almost losing my mom two weeks ago and I’m still processing it. I went in to receive my depo shot and Erika was the one to check me in and for some reason I felt the need to drop all of this on her and she just listened and said all the right things that I needed to hear. It turns out that she can understand what I’m going through and she was just the person I needed to talk to today. We had never met before this but I felt a connection to her and I’m so happy there are people like her in this industry and also the world. Thank you Erika for being a wonderful person and helping someone beyond what your job requires. ❤️
