It got better for a couple months under a new manager, he left, and it tanked to a whole new level. An ER even said we should change pharmacy's as they are impossible to work with. They claim not to receive prescription electronically submitted, told me the provider was a liar, won't answer phones even when providers call. They even told our friend he couldn't get his 2nd vaccine of a series'because he'd already had them which was not the case. Awful
