recently requested a prescription refill earlier than the computer indicated. The automated system asked me if I wanted the pharmacy to ask the doctor for approval to refill early, so I answered yes. I called back the next day to check and was told "we don't do that."

This pharmacy is nearly unusable. They don't answer the phone, the service is terrible if you can actually get any, and they frequently give out misleading information.

I went to the Safeway on young Highway pharmacy last week to get a flu shot to find out. I have to have an appointment. I try to make an appointment and they say it’s by appointment only online. I am visually impaired. So I made my appointment for this Friday I still in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me that they are not doing any more vaccines because they are short staffed And last week I still line for 35 minutes. This pharmacy sucks.

I’ve been waiting for my prescription for antibiotics for over 2 hours. They failed to check the fax machine when I said that my prescription was faxed over and had me wait in a massive line 3 separate times and after all of that didn’t update my insurance in the system when I provided it previously so now I have to wait in the sitting room while they process my insurance. Over 2 hours while I’m really sick to get a prescription for antibiotics! I will never use this pharmacy again.
