I try to make an appointment and they say it’s by appointment only online. I am visually impaired. So I made my appointment for this Friday I still in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me that they are not doing any more vaccines because they are short staffed And last week I still line for 35 minutes. This pharmacy sucks.

They failed to check the fax machine when I said that my prescription was faxed over and had me wait in a massive line 3 separate times and after all of that didn’t update my insurance in the system when I provided it previously so now I have to wait in the sitting room while they process my insurance. Over 2 hours while I’m really sick to get a prescription for antibiotics! I will never use this pharmacy again.
