My husband is active duty military, we only use this pharmacy.
The pharmacy always has the absolute best customer service and prompt prescription refills.

Not sure what the point is of offering a phone number to call during business hours if you never answer. Especially disappointing from a pharmacy. Do better.

What once was great customer service is now lacking as well as they don’t seem to know how to run my insurance(s) properly as they always try to charge me more than I’m supposed to pay for my co-pay, I will be switching pharmacies.

Worst service EVER. Out of 4 prescriptions called in on 2 different occasions, they were out of 3 of them...First time, in March if 2017, my extremely ill daughter needed an Rx immediately. Called the pharmacy from Doctors parking lot to ensure they had it, was treated like a total jerk for asking, was told "yeah, we have it." Left doctors parking lot, drove 10 miles over 2 different freeways only to get a call from them saying that they didn't have it. Then had a heck of a time getting them to release Rx for different pharmacy to process. Should have learned my lesson, but I gave them another chance. This past Friday, 21May, I was very ill, needed 3 Rx's. This pharmacy is closest to my home, so I stupidly thought to give them another chance. I called from the doctors office parking lot and asked simply if they could confirm that they had the 3 medicines I had been prescribed. Gal who answered was very flustered and rude, told me several times that they were very busy. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, enough time for me to drive from doctors parking lot to the Safeway parking lot. Literally, right when I pulled in, the same gal picked up and told me they were out of 2 of the 3 prescriptions. Turns out, they didn't listen to my simple request to confirm that they had the prescriptions in stock, rather they filled them. I ended up having to call the doctors office, who called the Rxs in to the CVS pharmacy on Sleater Kinney, who was able to fill them for me. When I spoke to the "head pharmacist" at Safeway about my experience, she was belligerent, rude and full of excuses. She acted like they had done me a great service by skipping me "to the front of the line." To be explicitly clear, I neither asked to be, nor expected to be, skipped to the front. I merely called to ensure they had the prescriptions on-hand due to a previous experience. It looks like I should have learned my lesson the first time...
When Jerry was the pharmacist here, it was great, but since he left, it is absolutely the WORST pharmacy in all of Lacey. If I could rate them in negative stars I would.
