- MCMichael Cummings2 days ago1.0Went in to get my DOT medical renewed. Nurse dipped my urine and said it was off the chart for sugar. Then went in the exam room and they took my vitals which were normal and did a finger stick. Result she says was 577! Normal is 80-120 so they told me to go get it checked at my doctor. Sitting in my truck so googled symptoms since I have never had this problem. Shows at 577 I should be at the hospital on IV’s but they never seemed concerned. I went to St Peter’s Hospital on my own and checked in and told them what was going on. Dr checked me and I was at the same vitals and blood was 95. Concentra is a joke and kept my 147 dollars for nothing.

- DSDanielle SewardJan 2, 20265.0Despite not having a scheduled appointment, I was taken care of efficiently! The staff and clinicians were extremely friendly and professional. Juan and Dr. Ainza are outstanding. Both put forth an obvious effort to make me feel welcome, and were very kind and caring individuals. There was a small wait time once I was brought into an operatory - which is understandable due to there being only one Dr. on duty, and me unfortunately not having an appointment - but Juan made sure to regularly check on me and keep me updated! Thank you for the care I received, I couldn’t be more grateful.

They said to comeback on Wednesday they will have two providers on duty. But the second doctor left at 3pm I was the last patient to be seen didn’t leave until 5pm.
