- KMKeith MadduxNov 17, 20251.0Had a 11am appointment for a DOT required physical that I paid out of pocket for and left my physical at 2:30pm. I was in the lobby about 15min which is great but I was left in the exam room for about 3 hrs. I was originally told they were short a Dr and it would be about a 30 minute wait. I wasn’t updated past that point and had to ask the staff for an update and was told I was next. Once the Dr did show he didn’t apologize or say much of anything. Checked my heart and lungs and that was about it. Took about 5 minutes and was the most minimal physical I’ve ever had. This is the worst medical visit I have experienced to date. I will stick to private providers in the future.

She said I would be there for 4 hours or more and tried to send me to the Tacoma clinic. They were 2 1/2 hours behind. So I decided to stay at the Lacey clinic. I was all done by 12:30 The staff in the back are very nice. Because of the way I get treated every year from the front desk if it wasn't for my work sending me their I would not go back.
