I was so used to my dental hygienist Joy for so many years that we had a bond. The staff new that I wouldn't work with anyone else and kept it that way . Until it came time for Joyce to retire. I went through panic attacks. I freaked out how my first time would be with a strange person. I kinda want to say that I was upset 😡 with the whole situation of transition but kim understood the situation and knee the assignment was not going to be easy but she put her head high and stayed professional. They say medical personnels make the worst patients, they are right. I myself I'm a nurse and I'm very much aware that we have shifts with different nurses on the floor. You would think that this prepared me for a change? No it did not. I went through that drummatic change and finally I'm comfortable with kim. She is great. I told her today after my cleaning how I was happy and that the comfort during my cleaning was a 10/10. I'm glad that i went through the change to get to this confort again. @joyce, enjoy your retirement sweetheart. ❤️

The hygienists are exceptionally thorough and Dr Todd is always cheerful without the typical dentist upsell of the previous owners. Thanks for helping keep my teeth and gums healthy! My only gripe is they no longer do Friday appointments - please bring those back!
